Offerings.

  • Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy is a time of significant physical and emotional change. Prenatal massage can help to ease these transitions by reducing stress, promoting relaxation, improving sleep, alleviating the discomforts of the body’s natural adjustments, and relieving musculoskeletal strain and pain. During prenatal massage, I use a wedge pillow for a semi-reclined position while lying on your back, as well as a specialized side-lying cushion system designed to ensure maximum comfort while lying on your side.

  • Postnatal Massage

Growing a baby takes approximately 40 weeks and the recovery after pregnancy and birth often requires a similar amount of time. Postpartum massage can play an essential role in this process, helping to improve sleep, ease emotional and physical transitions, and relieve the common strains associated with caring for a newborn—particularly in the neck, shoulders, arms, and back. You can begin receiving massage as soon as you’d like after birth. Your baby is welcome to be present during the session, and if they become hungry or fussy, we can adjust by positioning you on your side to comfort or nurse while continuing the massage.

  • Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic sessions combine the soothing techniques of Swedish massage with the deeper, more focused work of deep tissue massage. Pressure is adjusted to your individual comfort and preference. The session is designed to be slow and nurturing, allowing for deep relaxation while addressing any areas of tension or discomfort. Whether you're looking for a purely relaxing experience, targeted attention to specific problem areas, or a balanced approach that integrates both relaxation and therapeutic relief, this treatment will be tailored to what your body needs at the time.

  • Thai Massage

Thai massage is a therapeutic practice with roots stretching back over 2,500 years in Thailand. It combines deep, weighted pressure with techniques like mobilization, traction, and assisted stretching. This modality helps to improve range of motion, ease movement, and alleviate stiffness. This holistic approach aims to balance the body’s energy flow, enhancing flexibility and promoting overall well-being.

Unlike traditional massage, Thai massage is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a cushioned mat on the floor, allowing for more dynamic stretching and movement. This allows the therapist to guide the body through various stretches and postures that improve mobility and release built-up tension.
